Our Cognitive Behavioral Coaching is meticulously designed to meet the dynamic
needs of clients in peer support settings, utilizing a comprehensive array of cognitive
behavioral tools. These tools not only address immediate challenges related to drug and
alcohol addiction and mental health but also empower clients by instilling lasting skills
for maintaining wellness and sobriety. Here’s a closer look at the tools and techniques
we employ:


Thought Records: Essential for cognitive behavioral therapy, thought records assist
clients in systematically recording and analyzing their thoughts, especially during distressing situations. This process helps clients identify negative thoughts, understand the emotions they trigger, and learn how to challenge these thoughts to foster more constructive and realistic thinking patterns.


Role-Playing: This interactive technique allows clients to rehearse and master new
